Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why does my computer "freeze" when I try to open a document?

A. This happens when you try to look at a document before it has downloaded properly. You should wait until the entire document has downloaded before trying to scroll down the page or pages. The text panel (pop-up box) that appears when you click on a document will tell you approximately how long it will take to download.

Q. Why is my computer taking a long time to download documents?

A. The larger the document, the longer it takes to download. Some of the documents on this website are extremely large. The pop-up box that appears when you click on a document will tell you approximately how long it will take to download.

Q. I don't have Acrobat® Reader® on my computer - will I still be able to view documents?

A. Yes. You can download the Acrobat® Reader® software onto your machine for free - just click on the link below.
